Chef Erez Komarovsky invites you into his amazing home in Mitzpe Matat in the Galilee. The house is surrounded by a huge orchard, where the finest organic vegetables that the Galilee soil can offer, grow. Erez will explain, teach, demonstrate and, most importantly, share with you the vast knowledge he has accumulated over the years in a workshop room overlooking a breathtaking panorama of the Galilee.
The workshop is always centered on the freshest ingredients, depending on the season and Erez's muse. This is frontal workshop, during which participants are invited to taste directly from the pots. In the open terrace, chunks of meat and fish are roasted on the grill. Warm loaves of bread are freshly baked in the tabun clay oven and placed on the table as large and plentiful plates of the "workshop material" arrive.

Erez's pampering workshop is aimed at true food lovers. It is a large and varied celebration of smells, flavors and colors. This is your chance to discover the professional secrets behind the pots, and receive tips that professional chefs usually only keep to themselves.

Komarovskt's cooking workshops are only available for organized groups who wish to create an unforgettable experience for events such as a fun team building activity, family celebrations, hosting and pampering local and visiting clients and any other cause for celebration.

Cooking workshop - 4 hours of sensual pleasures: start the day at 10:30am on Erez's balcony in Matat where a Bloody Brunch overlooking the spectacular panorama of the Upper Galilee mountains awaits with fresh tabun-baked breads and fresh seasonal salads. The wine is poured since the early morning hours and will continue to be poured non-stop throughout the workshop, so be prepared.
After gathering and mingling on the terrace, you will join Erez for a short tour of the organic orchard. Between the vegetable garden beds, you will feel, smell and taste the herbs, to whet your appetite for the rest of the day.

At the end of the tour, you will enter the workshop room, where Erez will conduct a light frontal workshop, cook and demonstrate a variety of dishes. Erez chooses the dishes according to the freshest seasonal raw ingredients available at the market and in the orchard. The menu varies and is tailored to each group according to any needs and food restrictions.
At the end of the demonstrations and the meal, we will step out to the vine arbor overlooking the Galileen landscape, where coffee, tea and something deliciously sweet will be served.

* You can start the workshop with a tasting tour of Acre market (at an additional cost): Groups who have chosen this option will meet Erez at the ancient and colorful Acre market at 10am, where they will tour the fish, meat, colorful spices, vegetables and wild herbs stalls. They will taste some of the local produce and Erez will purchase the fresh ingredients for the workshop.
At the end of the tour, participants will travel independently to Erez's home in Mitzpe Matat, where the frontal workshop will begin.
